  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in administrative or accounting roles (fresh graduates with strong foundation may be considered).
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles and experience with accounting software (e.g. SQL, AutoCount, or Excel).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to prepare and maintain accurate records, invoices, and financial documentation.
  • Good communication skills in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to support administrative, operational, and ad-hoc tasks when required.
岗位职责
  • Handle daily administrative tasks including filing, documentation, correspondence, and record-keeping.
  • Manage basic accounting and bookkeeping functions such as data entry, invoicing, payments, receipts, and bank reconciliation.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and supporting schedules.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of accounting records in line with company and client requirements.
  • Liaise with internal teams on finance and administrative matters.
  • Support HR-related administrative work such as leave records, claims, and payroll documentation when required.
  • Prepare and manage reports, letters, and other documents for management review.
  • Provide operational and administrative support for multiple clients as assigned.
  • Undertake ad-hoc duties to support management and client needs.
