Admin Cum Accounting Executive

• Diploma/Degree in account or related to finance
• Proficient in accounting software such as AutoCount and SQL
• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin (spoken and written)
• Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
• Strong sense of responsibility, good time management, and a team player
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Skills Required: Financial Reporting, Payroll Processing, Invoicing, SQL, AutoCount, Data Entry, Accounting, Administrative Support and Communication Skills

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations and data entry using software such as AutoCount and SQL
• Assist in preparing financial reports, documentation, and reconciliation
• Ad hoc filing, organizing, and maintaining company records and documents
• Assist clients in generating payslips, filing forms, and supporting documents such as e-invoices
• Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
• Support the team with other accounting and admin-related duties as required
