Diploma/Degree in account or related to finance
Proficient in accounting software such as AutoCount and SQL
Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin (spoken and written)
Detail-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines
Strong sense of responsibility, good time management, and a team player
Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience preferred
Skills Required: Financial Reporting, Payroll Processing, Invoicing, SQL and AutoCount

Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day accounting operations and data entry using software such as AutoCount and SQL
Assist in preparing financial reports, documentation, and reconciliation
Ad hoc filing, organizing, and maintaining company records and documents
Assist clients in generating payslips, filing forms, and supporting documents such as e-invoices
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time
Support the team with other accounting and admin-related duties as required
