The O2C Collections Specialist is part of Order to Cash team (O2C) and sits within the Global Transactional Finance function. The primary purpose of the role is to Improve Page Group cash flow, Reduce and avoid Bad Debt and Identify and solve customers' disputes. Successful candidates must have the ability to work effectively in cross functional and cross-cultural global environments.

Manage collection activities with internal stakeholders for the assigned countries.

Collaborates on projects related to AR (reporting, training, process improvement, etc)

Functions as a support to the team of Collection Specialists and guides them through complex situations.

Team up with Collectors and monitor open credits & correct classification of already provisioned items.

Collaboration on projects (reporting, training, process improvement, etc.)

Give and keep visibility to the Senior stakeholders on provisions booking, sending out provision report.

Understand the legal and contractual recruitment scope. Liaise with FBR/FD to start legal procedures.

Understand the whole OTC process for better dispute management and coordinate with other teams for dispute resolution.

Achieve monthly personal and team Collection targets not limited to DSO, aging, Bad Debt and Cash-in amounts.

Fluency in English and an additional language is a plus (Mandarin, Bahasa, Mandarin, Bahasa, Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese, or any others.)

Ideally previous experience in Shared Services, customer service and collections activities

Analytical and process-oriented mindset, the ability to think laterally and solve problems with exceptional customer care and orientation.

Adaptability to changes and ability to work in cross-cultural environment with services mind-set.

Previous Collection experience required.

Good knowledge of O2C processes, metrics, and controls

Ability to work under pressure to attain company objectives and Cash Collection KPIs

Dynamic, organized with a methodical approach.
