- To perform necessary tagging maintenance (DNA /CNA/ earmark )of the account involved,
- To evaluate further on customer's portfolio and profile to establish the reported case/s.
- Identify all other accounts which was related and to alert the Branch of the related account on their action/s (if any)
- Monitoring of timeline for all cases submitted not to breach the SLA set by Management.
- To create internal STR, watchlist tagging request and mule record in IFP
- Creation of CIMB referral cases in NFP portal for escalation to NSRC
