Job Description: Strategic Programme Planning & Execution Curate and implement end-to-end engagement plans that foster a supportive and holistic seller ecosystem-across online, offline, and third-party channels. Design a comprehensive programme calendar, covering: Online activations (e.g. in-person training sessions / webinars) Offline initiatives (e.g. seller meet-ups) External collaborations (e.g. partnerships with MSME associations or government bodies) Ensure all programme objectives are achieved within established timelines and budget parameters. Evaluate programme effectiveness regularly, with data-informed improvements to achieve desired outcomes. Reporting and documentation: Maintain accurate records of programme / initiative OKRs (i.e. online / offline / external event quality) Prepare regular reports for stakeholders on the progress and impact of the above mentioned initiatives. Perform market research and studies where relevant and required Sentiment monitoring: Track seller sentiment from ShopeeUni Facebook (SUFB) on high-impact platform policy / programme rollouts. Ensure seller issues surfaced via ShopeeUni Facebook (SUFB) are escalated and resolved by the relevant initiative teams. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree in any field experience in the e-commerce industry and business development will be an added advantage. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in community engagement, programme management, or a related area. Able to travel out-of-state for work-related reasons (including weekends as needed). Innovative problem-solving skills able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly Excellent team player and a drive to always deliver on KPIs Excellent command of English, the ability to converse fluently in other languages will be an added advantage (eg: Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) to communicate with various stakeholders Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) / similar Google Office Tools (Sheets, Slides, Docs)
