FINANCE MANAGER

• Manage strategic and financial planning activities of the company including Cashflow Forecasting and Projections, Treasury management

• Preparation of Statutory Reporting and Governance - including financial statements, year-end Audit
• Preparation of Audit and presentation to the board of directors
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirement including audit, tax matters, and any other corporate governance (transfer pricing/ tax on employee shares scheme)
• Provide an overview of M&A activities.
• Responsible for management of all aspects of corporate/ financial/ accounting functions inclusive of financial planning, budgetary controls, treasury management, tax planning, forecasting & etc.
• Liaise with external auditors to ensure timely completion of annual audit of the
• Group with full compliance of new MFRS and corporate governance guidelines on Public Listed Companies.
• Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.

• Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent.
• Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, MACPA, MIA, CPA.
• Minimum 10 years' working experience in manufacturing fields.
• Able to work independently and lead a Finance team.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizen or hold relevant residence status.
• Consolidation knowledge and experience are required
• Proficiency in both verbal and written mandarin. Bilingual or tri-lingual is a plus.
• Audit and commercial experience
• Experience in PLC is preferred
