Finance / Accounts Manager

• Responsible for full spectrum of accounting functions which include timely submission of P&L and balance sheet, reconciliation, AR, AP, financial reporting and other management reports.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting and budgeting processes
• Coordinate and complete annual audits.
• Perform budgetary control and implement corrective and cost saving measures.
• Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries and relevant parties for statutory and legislative requirements.
• Review debtor’s Aging and vendor aging, reconciliation and credit risk management
• Responsible for the training and development of the department staffs; and
• Responsible for the migration of accounting system and SST implementation;
• To oversee the compliance to Standard Operating Activities regarding all financial functions;
• Any other duties as and when assigned by the superior or management from time to time.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. ACCA, CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have great sense of urgency and are able to multitask under pressure.
• Strong leadership skills, proactive with a can-do attitude and result-oriented
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in financial reporting.
• Preferences: Mandarin speak candidates
