  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and requests
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all company products, including features, benefits, and FAQs
  • Handle and resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers who are influential in the market
