- Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing or other relevant fields. Other Diploma/ Bachelor Degree are encouraged to apply.
- Preferably at least 1 years of working experience in the related field

- Possess skill in using MS Office applications

- Handle administration tasks such as organising documents, data entry, photostat and scanning jobs.
- Contact stakeholders of the company for follow up servicing.
- Customer relationship management of company clients.
- General support to financial advisors of the company.
