- Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities in the country through active sourcing and competency-based selection techniques to identy the besr-fitting candidates aligned to job requirememts and the DKSH behavior model.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders in order to identify the specific requirements of candidates prior to performing market research.
- Establish yourself as the expert and build trusted talent acquisition partners relationship with hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
- To be able to analyze and make sound recommendations to Hiring Managers by Performing sourcing activities to fill open positions and anticipate future needs for the business.
- Assist in communicating effectively and creatively on recruitment related activities (internal/external).
- To participate in all employer branding activities such as career talks, career fairs and other recruitment activities and projects lined up.
- To maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation, operations on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities.
- To prepare and lead various reporting functions for management and stakeholders.
- Experience working in large scale and complex Global MNCs or Shared Services Environment or BPO settings.
- Savvy in using technology, sourcing tools, social media recruitment, competency-based behavioral interviews, offer management and candidate care.
- Experience closing candidates and negotiating complex compensation packages.
- Experience recruiting for various business units/industries/job functions.
- Confident and independent in engaging and communicating with stakeholders.
- Matured, self-motivated and excellent organizing skills with strong sense of commitment to meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to details, in researching, self-starter, proactive and possess an alert, inquiring mind.
- Resilient and able to adapt in a fast-moving environment.
- Flexible, adaptable, versatile and able to build relationship quickly with all levels.
- Must be able to work in Menara Ken, Taman Tun Dr Ismail, Kuala Lumpur.
- Degree in Human Resources or Business Management or an related discipline
- Minimum 7 solid years in recruitment handling junior to senior recruitment ideally in an in-house capacity / in-house recruiter
