Account Job Responsibilities: Assisting in filling, data entry, and recording and maintaining accurate and complete Financial Records Checking income and expenditure Research, track, and restore accounting or documentation problems and discrepancies Preparing bank deposits, check payment Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports. Assist in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings. Assist with other accounting projects Accounts and tax document monthly filling Liaise with auditor, tax agent banker, and company secretary Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities Perform any other duties & responsibilities as and when assigned by management KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Can handle pressure, must be willing to work overtime if necessary Computer literate must be proficient in Excel High level of integrity, efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
