Account Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficiency in Account Management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with AutoCount accounting software is a plus.
• Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is required to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work onsite in Kuala Lumpur.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the Accounting/Tax Services sector.

• Manage and maintain a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all accounting and tax-related inquiries.
• Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, understanding their business needs and providing tailored accounting and tax solutions.
• Prepare and review accurate and timely financial statements, tax returns, and other compliance reports in accordance with relevant regulations and accounting standards.
• Utilize AutoCount accounting software to efficiently manage client data, process transactions, and generate reports.
• Assist clients with tax planning and optimization strategies to minimize their tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax laws.
• Conduct regular client meetings to discuss financial performance, tax implications, and potential opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address complex client issues effectively.
