- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
- Minimum qualification: SPM.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in accounting or administrative roles.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Basic understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
- Good verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organisational skills, fast learner, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrates discretion, judgment, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Manage obligations to suppliers, customers, and third-party vendors.
- Handle full sets of accounts, including preparation and reconciliation of financial statements.
- Prepare, send, and store invoices; follow up on outstanding payments.
- Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely collections.
- Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare payments via internet banking.
- Prepare weekly or monthly cash flow projections.
- Assist in year-end audit preparation and documentation.
- Perform general office administrative tasks and duties as assigned by management.
- Use accounting software and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
- Follow up with customers via phone to ensure timely collection of payments.
- EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions.
