Your Challenges: The Marketing Communication Specialist is a core member of the ROSEA Marketing organization and reports directly to the Head of Marketing, ROSEA. This position is the engine of execution for the regional marketing strategy, responsible for bringing strategic campaigns to life, guarding brand consistency, and managing the platforms that empower our 100% distributor network whilst adapting these marketing assets for deployment for our direct Singapore business. The specialist&aposs primary mission is to amplify our strategic message across all digital channels, execute marketing campaigns and events, and empower our distributors and direct teams with easy access to marketing assets, ultimately driving measurable ROI. Campaign Execution and Digital Channel Management Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs) to take strategic "Campaign kits" and bring them to life across the region. Collaborate with PMMs and Training& Support Specialist, design new marketing assets and/or repurpose campaign materials from global Marketing adapting to the region requirements (RoSEA and Singapore). Manage and grow our professional presence on platforms like LinkedIn and ResearchGate to launch campaign Execute and manage targeted digital advertising campaigns through platforms and channels to amplify messaging and drive traffic to lead-generation landing pages and similar marketing assets. Distributor Enablement & Platform Ownership Serve as the primary owner and manager of the Marketing Self-Service Portal, the central nervous system for our distributor network Ensure the portal is meticulously organized, consistently up-to-date, and easy for distributors to use for 24/7 access to marketing assets Create and distribute the regional distributor newsletter, ensuring partners are informed of new campaign kits, training modules, success stories, and brand guidance Act as the regional brand steward by reviewing and approving all distributor co-marketing materials to ensure our premium brand identity is represented consistently and professionally Brand Event Project Management Act as the project lead for Eppendorf&aposs most important regional brand events, including the annual community days Manage all aspects of event execution from conception to post-event analysis, including budget management, venue selection, promotion, on-site logistics, and post-event feedback collection Coordinate with PMMs on speaker topics and with the Training & Support Specialist on live demonstrations to ensure a flawless and premium event experience Performance Tracking & Financial Accountability Own the process for tracking and reporting on the performance of all regional marketing activities Develop and implement tracking mechanisms, such as unique UTM links, to monitor campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI Compile and present regular reports on asset downloads, leads generated, and cost-per-conversion to provide actionable insights for strategy optimization Manage and track the regional marketing spend, ensuring all activities are executed within the allocated budget and demonstrating financial accountability Your Expertise Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertisting or related Life science industry experience Demonstrable experience in marketing, managing social media platforms, campaigns, event management, collaboration and branding for an organization Proficiency in analyzing relevant marketing metrics for data-driven decisions Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices, including social media, SEO, and email marketing, proficiency in AI would be well regarded Proficiency in using marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and data analytics platforms Experience in setting up and optimizing marketing workflows to qualify leads and transition them to sales Excellent English communciation skills High competency in using Microsoft office software programs including CRM Your Benefits at Eppendorf: Attractive salary, vacation and Christmas bonuses, as well as participation in company success.
