You will develop and implement integrated strategies to boost brand awareness and engagement. What You&aposll Do Develop creative communication messages to execute Brand Strategy by segments including development and implementation of necessary brand value propositions, key messages, positioning statements, visual concepts for each brand by segment and target audiences. Create new concepts in both messages and visuals for all marketing communication materials for both digital and traditional activities aligned with overall strategy and market requirement. Manage and implement the content roadmap based on the annual content pillar for digital and conventional platforms. Collaborate closely with the Marketing & Sales team to develop brand campaigns and marketing materials to drive leadership position. Analyse, monitor and review the effectiveness of the communication messages and visuals and develop improvement plan. Enhance internal and external stakeholders' communication messages to ensure accurate information being delivered through continuous training, knowledge sharing and practical demonstration via digital or traditional platforms. Work with technical team to develop content for training materials including webinars, training programs and/or any market engagements on steel solutions in the market to support the new BlueScope Eco-system. Support external channel partners in developing communication concepts and messages to align with BlueScope's growth strategy. Support Marketing & Sales team in all communication materials related to brand and marcom activities. What You Need to Succeed Degree in Mass Communications, Advertising, Graphic Design, Marketing or equivalent. At least 5 years of experience in marketing or communications from building & construction, advertising industry, and or any marketing and brand management role. Experienced in creating creative marketing materials, digital contents, presentations, literatures or any form of communication materials with proven track record on successful communications campaigns. Outstanding writing skill with a creative flair to captivate audiences with words. Successful record of excellent creative visualization skills to deliver impactful campaigns in the market. Strong track record in executing marketing events which includes, product launch, seminars, conferences, exhibitions, loyalty program and other networking events Strong marketing skill and passionate about creative brand or promotional campaigns. Experience working in advertising/marketing agency or creative agency is an added advantage. Show more Show less
