- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Able to speak in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
- Minimum 5 years of experience in pre-sales, solutions architecture, or a similar technical role.
- Proven track record in designing and selling complex system infrastructure solutions.
- Strong technical expertise in servers, storage, networking, and virtualization technologies.
- Hands-on experience with major hardware and software vendors (e.g., Cisco, HPE, VMware).
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is an advantage.
- Familiarity with IT security principles and industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., VCP, CCNA, AWS Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.
- Collaborate with the sales team and clients to understand their business requirements and technical challenges.
- Design and architect comprehensive system infrastructure solutions that address client needs, leveraging the company's portfolio of products and services.
- Act as the subject matter expert for system infrastructure solutions, including but not limited to:
- Servers & Storage: Lenovo, HPE, Dell, Pure Storage
- Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix, Sangfor HCI
- Networking: Cisco, Juniper, Aruba, H3C
- Cloud Technologies: AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
- Data Backup & Disaster Recovery: Veeam, Cohesity, Commvault
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations, solution demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions to prospective clients. Clearly articulate the value proposition and benefits of proposed solutions.
- Assist the sales team in preparing technical proposals. Respond to RFPs (Request for Proposals) and create detailed Statements of Work (SOWs).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and competitive landscape in the system infrastructure market. Provide feedback to product management and engineering teams based on market needs and customer insights.
- Work closely with sales, post-sales, and professional services teams to ensure a smooth transition from pre-sales to implementation.
