This role is mainly to support the Supply Chain Department in Supplier Qualification and Administration related matters. Key Accountabilities: Supply Chain Performance Reporting To develop, support and provide SCM management with performance reports / dashboard, highlighting department performances, cost savings, achievements, areas of concerns in coordination with local / remote SCM sections To prepare monthly / weekly / daily reports related to Open PRs, open POs, PO ATF, Sole Source data, list of PO issue etc and for management presentations. To monitor PO requiring Tender Committee approval and stored relevant TC approvals documentations. Supplier Management and Registration in SAP To assist in performing activities related with Prequalification of Suppliers by managing the relevant process using Supplier Management Tools (eg. SAP, GEP Smart), collecting information from Suppliers, interacting with relevant internal Stakeholders, and maintaining relationships with Suppliers. To assist in performing activities related with Suppliers feedback by managing the relevant tools, collecting information, supporting the issue of Suppliers feedback reports to the management and system providers To assist in maintaining and updating Vendor Master Data (Create new vendor, block/unblock vendor, change vendor details) using Supplier Management Tools (eg. SAP, GEP Smart) Management of Suppliers in Approved Vendor List and monitoring of synchronization with SAP database and resolve any discrepancy. To maintain record of all forms, documentations, and information related to Supplier Registrations in the system and relevant folders, in compliance to the company&aposs process and procedures, and the management standards. Vendor Master Data Integrity Manage the integrity and up to date of vendor master data. Ensure the data between GEP and SAP are accurate at all time. Engagements with Stakeholders & other SCM Functions Work effectively within a team, contributions to group projects and willingness to assist colleagues and fostering a positive team environment. Requirements: 2 to 3 years experience in any industrial with SCM background is preferable. However, fresh graduates is also encourage to apply Well versed in PowerBI and Microsoft Excel with some coding experience in Python / others Basic Microsoft Office computer skills to receive / store / share documents and expedite internally.
