The Critical Tasks You Will Perform: You will work on key areas where you'll collaborate closely with partners across the team: 1. Content Strategy & Planning Conduct audience research (interviews, surveys, social-listening, keyword analysis) to uncover needs, emotions, and language patterns that will guide creative direction. Develop and manage a comprehensive content calendar for all our digital platforms, including social media (LinkedIn is key), newsletters, and our company blog. Translate high-level strategic briefs from managers into tangible content angles and detailed content plans independently. Contribute to the development of our overall content strategy by identifying storytelling opportunities aligned with branding goals. Proactively identify content opportunities and propose initiatives to strengthen our employer brand. Work with talent trends, behaviors, candidate preferences, and cultural context to ensure content resonates across diverse markets (e.g., Vietnam, Philippines, India). 2. Content Creation & Activation Write high-quality, engaging copy for a wide range of formats, including career websites, social media, email campaigns, and internal comms. Tailor tone and language to reflect the employer brand while adapting for different audience segments (tech talent, fresh grads, etc.). Ensure all content consistently aligns with our brand voice and supports recruitment marketing goals, building modular messaging templates for reuse. Collaborate closely with creatives (e.g., graphic designers, video editors) to bring narratives to life through multi-format storytelling. Work with our marketing operations partner to publish website content accurately and on time, ensuring a seamless content-to-web workflow. 2. Content Creation & Activation Create Engaging Content Across Multiple Formats: Write high-quality, relatable copy for career websites, social media, email campaigns, and internal communications. Use AI-driven tools to brainstorm ideas, refine messaging, and optimize content for maximum impact. Tailor Tone for Diverse Audiences: Adapt tone and language to reflect our employer brand while connecting meaningfully with different audience segments, including tech talent, fresh graduates, and experienced professionals. Build Modular Messaging Templates: Develop reusable content frameworks that align with our brand voice and recruitment goals, leveraging AI to streamline template creation and ensure consistency. Collaborate with Creatives for Multi-Format Storytelling: Partner with creative team to bring narratives to life across formats. Use AI-powered design and storytelling tools to enhance collaboration and ideation. Ensure Smooth Content-to-Web Workflow: Work closely with our marketing operations team to publish website content accurately and on time, using AI to automate workflows and ensure seamless execution. 3. Campaign Leadership & Collaboration Co-develop comprehensive campaigns and content calendars with the Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition teams. Lead content initiatives by collaborating with various internal partners to ensure cohesive storytelling across channels. 4. Content Performance & Iteration Monitor content performance using available analytics and adapt messaging based on engagement data. A/B test messages where relevant and feed insights back into content planning. Qualifications: What Essential Skills You Will Need: Proven experience (3-5+ years preferred) in strategic copywriting and content planning, ideally within an employer branding, recruitment marketing, or B2B marketing context. A strong portfolio showcasing diverse content formats and strategic thinking, including examples of website content and blog posts. Demonstrable ability to independently interpret strategic briefs, plan comprehensive content strategies, and execute with a high degree of autonomy and ownership. Deep understanding of various digital mediums, including social media best practices (especially LinkedIn), website content management, video scripting, and email marketing. Solid grasp of SEO principles and practical experience writing SEO-friendly content would be highly advantageous. Excellent research skills, with the ability to understand and adapt content for different country-specific nuances and target audiences. Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across teams. Familiarity with AI writing tools and an understanding of their capabilities and limitations for content generation and enhancement.
