Create effective, efficient, and targeted marketing tactics while maintaining the integrity of the company culture. Manage the relationship with other countries POCs to address their needs, guide them on their branding strategies, and collaborate with the Marketing team to create the materials required around the globe. Improve the candidate experience throughout different channels when possible. Monitor reviews and profiles on the company to monitor the company's image globally. Strategically partner with the company's leadership team, Talent Acquisition, and Sourcing teams to execute efficient strategies to fulfill hiring requirements to generate leads of talent pool. Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX. Who are we looking for Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent. Preferable with 2 years of working experience in the related field is ideal for this position. Has a creative mindset and a strong knowledge of advertising, Marketing, and branding fundamentals. Possesses a clear understanding of the global employment landscape. Has strong relationship management and project management skills. Highly self-motivated and efficient when handling different initiatives simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and the language of the supporting market
