Job Summary This role is to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products, from ideation to delivery and optimization. Job Scope Act as a strategic partner to business stakeholders, aligning product initiatives with organizational goals and customer needs. Lead and inspire cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Own the full product lifecycle including discovery, planning, development, launch, and post-launch optimization. Drive complex projects with precision, ensuring timely delivery, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment. Build and maintain robust business cases to support product investments, and track performance against KPIs. Oversee product budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control. Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure quality and timely delivery of services and solutions. Prepare and deliver impactful presentations to senior leadership and stakeholders, articulating product vision, progress, and outcomes. Work closely with IT teams including Solution Delivery, Service Delivery and Analytics to ensure seamless technical execution. Conduct product demos, ad-hoc training sessions, and onboarding activities to drive adoption and user engagement. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 5 years' experience in digital product management, with a proven track record of delivering end-to-end product solutions. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Aha!) and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).
