We’re looking for an experienced Digital Product Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of digital platforms across multiple markets, with a focus on Life and Health insurance.What You’ll Do:Own full lifecycle of digital products – from ideation to go-live – across geographies.Drive product delivery, adoption, and optimization: research, business case, budgeting, compliance, contracting, and KPI ownership.Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, legal, risk, and external partners.Act as the business lead for technical teams on platform development and architecture.Ensure Agile best practices and rapid go-to-market cycles.Promote modular design and standardization for scalable deployment.Lead innovation initiatives and represent regions in global forums.Champion digital adoption and tech-driven transformation.What You Bring:8+ years in digital product management, with 5+ years in Life/Health insurance.Proven track record in managing large-scale transformation programs.Experience with B2C mobile/web apps, API ecosystems, and cloud technologies (Azure/AWS).Strong working knowledge of full-stack development (Java, Angular/React), SQL, BI tools (Power BI/Tableau), and Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence).Skilled in creating wireframes, workflows, data models, and prototypes.Strategic thinker with strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.Comfortable working with global teams in fast-paced environments.High attention to detail, with a focus on results, innovation, and stakeholder alignment.If interested, please click “Apply” and shortlisted individuals will be contacted.
