
Digital Product Manager

- Execute top-level direction and objectives of POWERVEST.
- Finetune the direction into a detailed business plan and execute within time and budgets.
- Conduct user research and usability studies, collaborating with designers, developers, and research teams to validate the commercial viability.
- Work with developers (external companies) to establish Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
- Work with financial institutions to integrate solar financing programmes into POWERVEST.
- Work with digital marketing teams to establish minimum traffic targets and conversions.
- Work with solar contractors (EPC companies), onboard, establish quality standards and control mechanisms, and a rating system.
- Participate in market research, validation, and white space analysis to identify opportunities for new or existing features and functionalities.
- Product: To manage roadmap and backlog for all digital product features, ensuring that IT delivers capabilities on time and per expectation.
- Marketing: To achieve traffic, user base and conversion as per the business plan.
- Commercial: To monetise the product and to maximise income.
- Oversee requirements discovery, solution design, user story writing, feature development, and user acceptance testing.
- Partner with the executive team to identify key capabilities needed as well as potential issues.
- Partner regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritisation.
- Work with product marketing to develop positioning and messaging and ensure differentiation from competitors.
- Monitor and evaluate product performance to facilitate continuous iteration and improvement.
- Available immediately or notice no longer than 1 month.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, information systems, or related field.
- Five years of experience in digital product management or similar role in a known and reputable internet company or brand.
- Clear track record of building and growing digital products/platforms.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiating skills.
- Experience in usability and customer-focused design.
- Passion for building great products to solve customer and business problems.
- Good English language skills.
- Understanding of rooftop solar with regards to industry and basic technical, net metering quotas, etc.
- Understanding of equipment leasing and other solar financing programmes.
- Understanding of roof and solar insurances.
