The Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end operations within a dynamic manufacturing environment, ensuring streamlined processes, regulatory compliance, and delivery of high-quality outputs. This role plays a critical part in driving operational excellence, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement across the business.

Manage day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes across all departments.
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
Lead and mentor department heads to foster a results-driven and collaborative work culture.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
Oversee budget planning, cost control, and resource allocation to optimize financial performance.
Collaborate with the executive team to set organizational priorities and growth strategies.
Identify and address operational risks while implementing solutions to mitigate them.
