Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Kuching & Sibu for a Customer Service Specialist. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer inquiries over the phone, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
