- Handle walk-in and online customer enquiries professionally
- Update customers on job progress and status
- Arrange and coordinate job schedules with internal teams
- Ensure smooth communication between customers and the operations team
- Follow up on customer satisfaction and handle feedback
- Assist in closing sales and service upselling when needed
