ResponsibilitiesThe primary role of this HRIS Specialist position is to perform day-to-day SAP SuccessFactors process/system design, consultation, and platform configuration to support various HR/Compensation programs. Areas of emphasis will include configuration and process design related to Employee Central, Compensation, Role Based Permission etc.., and liaising with IT department as well as SAP. Additional responsibilities include participating in projects both as a track leader and a member, working closely with IT and business project manager throughout all phases of project planning, requirement gathering, build & test, deployment and stabilization.This role will have the following responsibilities:
- Possess deep functional knowledge in HCM (Human Capital Management) system or specifically, SAP SuccessFactors with expertise in one or more of the key modules (Employee Central, Role Based Permission, Compensation & Performance/Goal Management)
- Demonstrate working knowledge of HR business processes, especially in Employee Central and Compensation.
- Take self-directed lead in analyzing HR process requirement (be it new or changes), collaborating with IT in assessing requirements, alternatives, and implementing a solution.
- Partner with IT and work through HR teams to test certify and get ready for the quarterly SuccessFactors releases
- Provide functional support in testing SuccessFactors changes/modifications and communicating the changes to the stakeholders.
- Manage common configuration issues and system updates based on evolving business requirements and process changes.
- Perform system solution documentation and end user training
- Identify enhancement opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Information System/Information Technology or related field preferred
- 6+ years of HCM system functional/process support, preferably SAP SuccessFactors hands-on experience in the area of Employee Central, Compensation and Performance/Goal Management
- Experience in SaaS quarterly release management
- SuccessFactors Certification in one or more areas (Employee Central / Compensation / Performance & Goal Management)
- Experience with project methodology including planning, testing, and documentation standards.
