Purpose of Job We are looking for talent who provide secretarial assistance, administration, and operation to Chief Executive Officer (CEO) including organizing and scheduling meetings with any necessary meeting preparations. Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities Act as the point of contact among executives, internal and external clients. Manage calendar of the CEO and set up meetings. Responsible for travel arrangement, including transportation, accommodation, immigration and specific requirements of visa application of the country travel for the CEO and key executives. Keep track of business expenses claims of the CEO. Prepare for internal communication and record minutes of internal meetings. Collate and organize management reports from various departments with high accuracy and meeting timelines. Assist on front desk direct phone calls and distribute correspondence. Provide other administrative support as required to ensure the effective operations of the Management office Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines. At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics. Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
