Acting as the key link between customers, sales, and international supply chain teams, the role ensures efficient order processing and customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities

Support external sales personnel by managing order processing and fulfillment
Monitor stock availability and respond to customer inquiries on orders and delivery status
Coordinate logistics arrangements, including global shipments and warehouse coordination
Manage documentation and shipment paperwork for both domestic and international deliveries
Handle incoming customer service queries and ensure timely resolution
Liaise with internal teams across borders for smooth supply chain execution

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum 3 years' experience in order processing, logistics coordination, or sales support
Strong background in customer service with a focus on after-sales engagement
Detail-oriented with experience managing shipping schedules and documentation
Familiarity with B2B customers and industrial products is advantageous
