- Minimum 1 year experience required for Commis; 3 years and above for CDP
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions

- Must be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Physically fit and able to handle active kitchen work
- Assist in preparing ingredients, proteins, sauces, and side dishes following standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Ensure consistency, quality, and cleanliness in all food preparation
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
- Follow food safety protocols, including proper storage, handling, and sanitization procedures
- Work closely with chefs and fellow kitchen crew to support smooth daily operations
- Communicate effectively during service to ensure efficiency and quality
- Assist in receiving and storing ingredients and kitchen supplies
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to supervisors
