Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is an advantage but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, energetic, and presentable demeanor
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
A genuine passion for guest service and hospitality

Greet guests warmly and guide them through the dining experience
Present menu items, provide recommendations, and answer questions professionally
Serve food and beverages accurately and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas at all times
Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely service
Handle guest feedback with professionalism and escalate concerns when necessary
Uphold company service standards, grooming policies, and hygiene practices
Participate in team briefings, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
Serve and handle alcoholic beverages responsibly as part of your role
