Are you someone who sees better ways to do things - and enjoys making it happen Join us as a Process Improvement Executive / Senior and help us transform our business operations. You'll work across teams to streamline processes, reduce waste, and support quality standards that deliver results. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and quality Conduct process mapping (As-Is/To-Be) and workflow analysis Work with multiple departments to plan, execute, and track improvement projects Create dashboards, reports, and updates for management and audits Maintain and improve quality documentation - manuals, SOPs, policies, guidelines Support governance and compliance processes and internal reviews Assist with change management including briefings, updates, and staff training What We're Looking For: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Records/Operations Management, or related fields Familiar with process improvement methodologies like PDCA, Total Quality Management, or Root Cause Analyse Knowledge of ISO standards: ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001 Hands-on experience with process mapping tools (e.g., Visio), Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP) Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, continuous improvement, business process management, process optimization quality assurance, or cross-functional improvement projects Excellent skills in project management, documentation, and stakeholder communication Strong attention to detail and a structured, proactive mindset Must-Haves: Trained in Root Cause Analysis / TQM Familiar with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Strong analytical and documentation skills Added Advantage: Certified Business Process Professional Change Management Certification Lean Management Certificate What You'll Gain: A chance to lead impactful initiatives that shape our company's future Opportunities to collaborate across various departments Professional growth in a company that values continuous improvement A supportive and dynamic team environment Show more Show less
