- Analyze current L&D workflows and learner journeys to identify inefficiencies and friction points.
- Apply design thinking to reimagine and improve how learning is delivered, accessed, and experienced.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement scalable, tech-enabled solutions.
- Document and standardize improved processes for consistency and sustainability.
- Lead efforts to digitally transform L&D operations by identifying opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows across program delivery, learner support, and reporting.
- Optimize the use of core L&D platforms
- L&D app - Boost mobile access, enable push notifications, and enhance engagement.
- SharePoint - Create intuitive content hubs, automate updates, and streamline collaboration.
- Microsoft Teams - Integrate learning delivery, chat support, and virtual facilitation.
- Collaborate with Tech and Ops teams to pilot and implement automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, chatbots, scheduling bots) that reduce manual effort and improve scalability.
- Continuously evaluate platform usage and learner feedback to recommend innovative enhancements that improve experience, accessibility, and efficiency.
- Assist in the execution of key in-person and virtual learning programs, and compliance learning
- Observe and gather feedback from learners, facilitators, and stakeholders.
- Use delivery experience to inform continuous improvement efforts.

- Bachelors degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, Design, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in L&D, operations, or program management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with digital tools (e.g., LMS platforms, Microsoft 365, SharePoint).
- A design thinking mindset-empathetic, curious, and solution-oriented.
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier).
- Familiarity with user journey mapping or service design.
- Exposure to AI tools, chatbots, or learner experience platforms.
- Knowledge of data-driven evaluation and reporting.
