About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our global recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across multiple regions, driving strategies to attract, engage, and hire top international talent that aligns with our company's business goals. You will partner closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to ensure a seamless recruitment process and an exceptional candidate experience. Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for global positions, from job requisition through to offer acceptance. Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, define role requirements, and design effective sourcing strategies. Proactively source and engage candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, talent databases, and direct outreach. Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates, ensuring both technical and cultural fit. Coordinate interview processes, provide timely feedback, and manage candidate expectations. Maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles across different geographies. Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience, reflecting the company's employer brand. Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring efficiency and quality. Stay updated on global recruitment trends, labour market insights, and sourcing innovations. Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice worldwide. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably with exposure to international hiring. Proven success in managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment. Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other global platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). Ability to manage multiple requisitions across different time zones with strong organisational skills. Culturally agile and adaptable, with a keen understanding of global workforce dynamics.
