- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: Oversee the full hiring lifecycle, including strategic job posting, proactive candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, conducting reference checks, and managing offer processes.
- Strategic Collaboration: Act as a key liaison, collaborating closely with hiring managers and department leaders to craft and refine recruitment strategies that meet CARSOME's evolving talent needs.
- Independent Sourcing: Independently identify and proactively source top-tier candidates through diverse channels, ensuring a robust and high-quality talent pipeline.
- Candidate Experience Champion: Ensure an unparalleled candidate experience, guiding talent through a seamless and positive journey from the first point of contact to successful onboarding.
- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare insightful reports and presentations on recruitment activities, providing data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar position.
- Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and platforms (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobstreet, Indeed, etc.).
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Solid experience in corporate recruitment, with a strong track record of successfully hiring for Manager to Senior Manager-level positions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and senior leaders.
