Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, career fairs, and partnerships with universities or agencies. Ensure job postings are accurate, attractive, and optimized to reach the right talent pool. Stakeholder Management Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand manpower needs, role requirements, and timelines. Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and recruitment strategies to influence decision-making. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring alignment between talent acquisition goals and business objectives. Candidate Experience Build strong candidate pipelines and maintain excellent communication throughout the hiring journey. Represent TDCX professionally, delivering a best-in-class candidate experience . Champion TDCX's employer brand by engaging talent communities and promoting our #BeMore culture. Reporting & Compliance Track, analyze, and report recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, etc.). Maintain compliance with internal recruitment policies and labor regulations. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for the TA function (process optimization, digital tools, etc.). Who are we looking for Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business, or related field. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in BPO / shared services / high-volume hiring. Proven track record in sourcing and closing niche roles under tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates. Excellent command of English (written and spoken); additional Asian language skills are an advantage. High adaptability, resourcefulness, and resilience in a fast-paced environment.
