The Customer Success Specialist will be responsible for managing customer accounts, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing product training and support. The Specialist will also be tasked with identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, as well as recommending process improvements based on customer feedback.
