  • Lead Payroll and Data Management Function.
  • Responsible together with a team to ensure the operational excellence of the end-to-end
payroll as in house-service in Bosch Malaysia. * Accustomed with customer-centric mindset and committed to providing high quality solutions to customers inquiries.
  • Motivated to conduct root cause and problem solving analysis to improve the quality of work for any type of problems.
  • Responsible to identify potential areas of improvement, lead and implement improvement changes in payroll processes and payroll system
  • Willing collaborate with your peers, teams and internal customers to drive and implement change initiatives.
  • Provide guidance and act as a role model for team members
  • Develop monitoring, checking and reporting systems for internal HR Shared Services as well as for stakeholders.
  • Accountable for achieving Payroll related Performance Indicators, operational level agreements and service levels to the customers.
  • Identify potential areas of improvement, recommend and implement solutions to Team Manager.
  • Perform scheduled and periodical internal control checks to ensure data quality and
compliance adherence at all times * Attend to all payroll and data management audits and risk assessment requirements
  • Plan resources within the team to deliver assigned transition and operations duties in adherence to monthly service levels
  • Manage task assignment to team members appropriately, focusing on team competency and motivation at all times.
  • Maintain transparent communication and updates on operational issues as well as lead in constructive discussions on areas for improvement with stakeholders.
QualificationsWhat distinguishes you
  • Degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years' experience in payroll process including pre and post payroll preparation
  • Experience in a Shared Service Center (SSC) or Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) setting
  • Have people management experience and a customer-oriented mindset
  • IT savvy with Advanced level Excel, Power BI skills (build Dashboards) and knowledge in robotic process automation are added advantages.
  • Must possess at least 3 years of SAP HCM Knowledge and exposure.
  • Analytical, organizing & planning skills
  • A matured and committed team player
  • Independent and able to work extra hours when required to meet tight deadlines
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
