Job Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse staff, including picking, packing, shipping, and receiving.
  • Plan and prioritize work assignments for the team to ensure optimal workflow and productivity.
  • Train and develop team members on proper warehouse procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain quality control and accuracy of inventory.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement, logistics, and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfilment.
  • Oversee inventory management and conduct regular cycle counts and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient warehouse practices to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the team and address performance concerns through coaching and mentoring.
  • Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance, including productivity metrics, inventory levels, and order fulfilment rates.
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in warehousing or related field.
  • Diploma/bachelors degree in business administration, Logistic or related field.
  • Proficiency in English and Bahasa Melayu.
  • Able to read, write and communicate in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in inventory management and data entry.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities or situations.
  • Customer service orientation and a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities, environments, and tasks in a fast-paced logistics industry.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills, processes, and technologies.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including receiving, order fulfilment, and inventory control.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle stressful situations with composure.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
