- Proactively identify and pursue new fleet and government sales opportunities.
- Develop tailored proposals and lead tender preparation to win high-value contracts.
- Manage existing client relationships while aggressively hunting for new accounts.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions.
- Ensure accurate, timely communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally (technical, delivery, support teams) to deliver full solutions.
- Track production and delivery schedules, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Oversee vehicle handover and customer training to maintain service standards.
- Diploma or higher in Business Administration or related fields.
- At least 5 years' experience in commercial vehicle, truck, or capital equipment sales.
- Strong track record in B2B sales, tender management, and client development.
- Solid understanding of fleet operations, CKD processes, and the commercial vehicle market.
- Proven ability to hunt, pitch, and close new business at a senior level.
- Strong negotiation, consultative selling, and proposal writing skills.
- Business and financial acumen to develop value-based solutions.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
