Recruitment Consultant (Sales/Commercial preferred)

Your role encompasses three primary focus areas: Candidate management Identifying and attracting top-tier candidates aligned with client hiring requirements Utilizing a variety of sourcing strategies-including job portals, crafting job advertisements, leveraging internal databases, networking, referrals, cold outreach, and headhunting techniques Proactively developing and maintaining a strong talent pipeline to efficiently match candidates with open roles Coordinating candidate interviews, ensuring they're well-prepared, and maintaining consistent communication and feedback throughout the process Business Development Proactively uncovering new business leads by monitoring market trends and industry shifts Engaging potential and existing clients through multiple outreach channels such as email, cold calls, LinkedIn, and networking events Maintaining and enhancing existing client relationships through regular, value-driven interactions Gaining a deep understanding of each client's recruitment challenges and goals Offering strategic guidance on talent trends, market salary benchmarks, and candidate availability Delivering consistently high service standards to your portfolio of clients Sales Exceed revenue targets and meeting individual KPIs in a fast moving, competitive sales environment Requirements 1-2 years of sales experience or open for those seek for career switch Open to any background of experience Familiar with sales skills, able to work in agile work environment High interest in earning more that what you earn Energized by connecting with new people and seeking out new relationships Driven towards achieving results in an environment full of healthy competition Adaptable and agile , able to constantly seek new opportunities in the market Consistently generate sales revenue on a monthly basis What you&aposll get in return At Hays, you&aposll never stand still because we harness your potential.
