- Strategic Business Development: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the Malaysian government sector, specifically targeting key agencies like MDEC, EPF, and SOCSO.
- Revenue Generation: Drive sales and achieve ambitious revenue targets by promoting full suite of IT solutions, including digital engineering, cloud services, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in government accounts.
- Solution Selling: Effectively present and sell a range of services, with a specific focus on pitching professional training programs and upskilling solutions to meet client needs.
- Proposal Development and Negotiation: Lead the entire sales cycle, from initial contact and needs assessment to creating compelling proposals, negotiating contracts, and successfully closing deals.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and government procurement processes to identify new growth areas and opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including delivery, recruitment, and technical experts, to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Actively manage and update the sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to management.
- Sales Acumen: Exceptional ability to identify new business opportunities, build a robust pipeline, and exceed revenue targets.
