Provide timely updates on periodic reports, fund performance and market developments to institutional clients.Proposal & Documentation Management
Prepare and coordinate business proposals (RFPs, RFIs) by gathering and organizing data from cross-functional teams.Onboarding & Compliance Support
Assist with onboarding processes for institutional and corporate clients, including KYC/KYD checks and documentation review.Operational Coordination
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client servicing activities and maintain accurate records and reports.Business Support ActivitiesUndertake additional responsibilities as needed to enhance the effectiveness and growth of the sales channels.JOB SPECIFICATIONSQualificationPreferably a degree or equivalent in Business/ Marketing/ Economics/ Finance/ Statistics.ExperienceAt least 1-2 years of sales support experience in financial sectors preferably related to investment industry.Qualities DesiredComprehensive knowledge of investment products & sales are preferred.Proactive, organized and resourceful.Strong team player.KnowledgeFamiliar with financial and capital marketsGood analytical, problem solving skills and resourcefulStrong in interpersonal and communication skillsGood time management skillsHave good written skills in two languages: either English and Malay OR English and Mandarin.Good PC working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite in addition skills in extracting and arranging huge data by using pivot table, drawing charts etc.Experience in Bloomberg & Lipper will be added advantageEastspring is an equal opportunity employer.
