Principle Duties & Responsibilities Client Communications and Reporting Provide timely updates on periodic reports, fund performance and market developments to institutional clients. Proposal & Documentation Management Prepare and coordinate business proposals (RFPs, RFIs) by gathering and organizing data from cross-functional teams. Onboarding & Compliance Support Assist with onboarding processes for institutional and corporate clients, including KYC/KYD checks and documentation review. Operational Coordination Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client servicing activities and maintain accurate records and reports. Business Support Activities Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to enhance the effectiveness and growth of the sales channels. JOB SPECIFICATIONS Qualification Preferably a degree or equivalent in Business/ Marketing/ Economics/ Finance/ Statistics. Experience At least 1-2 years of sales support experience in financial sectors preferably related to investment industry. Qualities Desired Comprehensive knowledge of investment products & sales are preferred. Proactive, organized and resourceful. Strong team player. Knowledge Familiar with financial and capital markets Good analytical, problem solving skills and resourceful Strong in interpersonal and communication skills Good time management skills Have good written skills in two languages: either English and Malay OR English and Mandarin.
