Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Support Executive to assist in executing marketing initiatives and supporting Corporate Service Provider (CSP) management for our Emerging Business unit. This role is ideal for someone passionate about marketing, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to the growth of new and innovative business segments. Responsibilities Campaign Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. Content Creation: Support the development of marketing materials including brochures, social media posts, email newsletters, and presentations. Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to support strategic decision-making. Event Coordination: Help organize and manage marketing events, webinars, and product launches. Administrative Tasks: Maintain marketing leads databases, track budgets, and prepare reports on campaign performance. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, and product, to ensure alignment and timely delivery of marketing activities. Corporate Service Provider (CSP) Management Support: Assist in the review and tracking of CSP performance and deliverables. Maintain and update CSP records, contracts, and documentation. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and monitor service levels. Support the preparation of reports and dashboards for CSP performance reviews. Help ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements related to CSP engagements. Facilitate fulfilment of CSP-related initiatives including: Processing payments and tracking financial transactions. Coordinating financial documentation and reporting requirements. Supporting staff tax filing activities in collaboration with CSPs and internal HR teams. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. 0-2 years of experience in marketing or related roles (internships included). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite).
