About This Role This position is for SuamiSihat Ecommerce (SS Ecom) , a subsidiary under SuamiSihat Holding , focused on building and scaling our multi-channel men's health e-commerce business. SuamiSihat Holding is a Malaysian-based ecosystem that operates across multiple verticals: licensed Men's Health Clinics , Wellness Centres , a growing HealthTech Startup , and this very e-commerce brandm - SS Ecom focuses on:- - Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) via Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads (Shopify & WooCommerce) - Marketplace operations with ads across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop - Live streaming commerce across platforms and customer segments - Retail B2B through 200+ pharmacy partners in Malaysia, Brunei - Telehealth & e-prescription , linked with our clinical arm We're currently serving the local Malaysian market , with early international testing already in motion. Now we're looking for someone to lead us into the next chapter. ???? What We Need From Your Leadership SS Ecom has reached 6-figure revenue with validated SKUs, working ads, and strong local traction. But to go further, we need a capable leader who can bring structure, clarity, and growth across the board. Your leadership will focus on:- 1) Scaling revenue from 6 to 7 figures with strong unit economics 2) Increasing margins, customer retention, and ROAS performance 3) Launching unshipped SKUs and leading the creation, design, and innovation of new or improved products based on market demand 4) Building a lean, focused marketing team with clear SOPs 5) Leading international market entry from test phase to execution This isn't a "keep things running" role. This is a build-and-scale role. ???? Core Responsibilities 1) Lead and manage the entire marketing team while turning company goals into clear strategies and roadmaps. 2) Drive performance campaigns across platforms and improve CAC, ROAS, LTV, and customer retention flows. 3) Own the brand narrative and ensure all creative assets and messaging are consistent and compelling. 4) Collaborate with the CEO and R&D to develop new products and ensure strong product-market fit. 5) Oversee packaging design and customer experience to enhance perception, usability, and loyalty. 6) Conduct market research and turn customer insights into new offers, bundles, and campaigns. 7) Track key marketing metrics, run A/B tests, and report performance insights to leadership monthly. What We're Looking For - 5+ years in digital or performance marketing, preferably DTC or e-commerce - Proven success growing a brand from 6 to 7 figures - Hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and marketplace platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) - Proficient in Shopify, WooCommerce, Klaviyo, and analytics tools - Strong grasp of unit economics: CAC, AOV, LTV, profit margins - Experience in product launches, team building, and marketing systems - Bonus: Experience with international expansion or wellness-related sectors ????
