About the Role We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented Head of Digital Marketing to spearhead our digital strategy and execution. This leadership role requires deep expertise in SEO, SEM, performance marketing, and the latest digital tools & platforms to drive brand growth, lead generation, and revenue impact. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our digital marketing ecosystem, ensuring our brand stands out in competitive markets. Key Responsibilities Digital Strategy & Leadership Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing digital marketing team. Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, technologies, and algorithm updates to keep the brand competitive. Performance Marketing & Analytics Own SEO & SEM strategy - from keyword research to on-page optimization, link-building, paid search, and content strategies. Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, etc.) to maximize ROI. Monitor and optimize performance marketing KPIs including CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS. Use data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, etc.) to track, measure, and report on campaign performance. Campaign Planning & Execution Plan, lead, and execute integrated digital campaigns across web, search, social, email, and display networks. Coordinate with creative, content, product, and sales teams to deliver consistent and impactful campaigns. Leverage A/B testing and conversion optimization techniques to improve campaign results. Brand Growth & Engagement Drive brand visibility and authority through content marketing, influencer partnerships, and digital PR. Ensure consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity across all digital channels. Build and nurture online communities through social media and engagement strategies. Tools, Platforms & Automation Proficiently use digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, etc.). Leverage automation tools for email marketing, lead nurturing, and customer retention. Utilize SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog) to optimize search performance. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field. Minimum 7-10 years' experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of leading SEO, SEM, and performance-driven campaigns . Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Proficiency with digital marketing tools, platforms, and analytics software. Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
