Job Description 1.Overall responsible for Accounts Payable in PTMA/PTMP (Robert Bosch Power Tools Sdn Bhd) and RBSP (Robert Bosch Semiconductor Manufacturing Penang), covering the below areas: Manage the end-to-end processes and systems and ensuring proper compliance to internal policies in accordance with the accounting policies and guidelines. Responsible for all internal reporting (periodic reporting, monthly close and analysis of financial results) and external reporting (year-end statutory audit). Support internal and external audit and reporting requirements and ensure all audit points are closed. Respond to stakeholders' requests and be the advisor on Accounts Payable policy and procedure. First level escalation for Accounts Payable function from Vietnam shared service center. Perform annual revision and update of internal policies, procedure instructions and guidelines. 2.Implement and promote continuous improvements in the area of responsibilities.Improve Accounts Payable process to be more effective and efficient while keeping legality on matters. 3.Support automation or digitalization initiatives as interface with technical departments.Support system upgrade and new project testing. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience. Experience with E-Invoicing requirements is an added advantage. Strong knowledge of SAP modules, particularly FI, and a solid understanding of FI/CO processes. Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, MS Edge, and MS Teams. Experience with Power BI is a plus. Demonstrates a high level of commitment, initiative, and self-motivation. Flexible, creative, and enthusiastic about innovative topics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proven ability to work effectively across various organizational levels and collaborate with technical departments for system implementations.
