Prepare and review accurate financial statements and reports.
Oversee general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing.
Ensure compliance with tax laws and coordinate with auditors.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Maintain internal controls and improve accounting processes.
Mentor junior accountants and provide financial guidance to management.

Job Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
Proficiency in accounting software or ERP systems such as SAP, JDE, or similar platforms
Advanced Excel skills
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards
Understanding of audit processes and compliance requirements
Familiarity with local tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements
Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
Strong communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
Self-management and ability to perform under pressure
Results-oriented with problem-solving skills
Teamwork and collaboration
