- Perform general administrative and clerical tasks (filing, scanning, photocopying, uploading documents).
- Maintain and organize records, documents, and correspondence systematically.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Handle data entry and assist in updating reports.
- Run errands and support daily office operations as required.
- Assist in closing of retail sales records & preparing reports.
- Submit daily/weekly sales updates and reports via WhatsApp or other assigned channels.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely task completion.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
- Minimum Diploma qualification or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic computer skills.
- Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Responsible, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Good communication skills (verbal & written).
